PROPOSAL 7 - LYON'S FAMED CUISINE From the very simple styled food, typical of Lyon, to the elegant recipies of the great chefs who gave Lyon its worldwide reputation, discover the covered and outdoor markets, visit a chocolate or a sausage maker. PROPOSAL 8 - THE BRESSE REGION The Bresse chiken, raised outside and fed with corn, first AOC other than wine, brought the Bresse reputation to the top, together wwith its dairy products. This tour is perfect for bicycle sightseeing. It allows a real contact with the rural economy, and includes the discovery of the Saracen farms.
